The Troop roster will provide you with the telephone numbers of those in the troop responsible to notify a Scout when a meeting or activity is canceled. This is the procedure to be followed when a cancellation or change occurs.
- Decision is made by the Scoutmaster to cancel or change a meeting or activity.
- Scoutmaster notifies the SPL (Senior Patrol Leader).
- SPL will notify each Patrol Leader and Adult Patrol
Advisors (APA).
- Each Patrol Leader (PL) is responsible to contact each scout in his patrol to inform him of the cancellation of a meeting or activity. Part of the Patrol Leaders overall responsibilities is to call each scout in his patrol prior to every meeting or activity as a reminder.
If you have any questions or concerns about the troop or your scout
please contact his Adult Patrol Advisor (APA) assigned to that patrol.
Note: In all cases, if St. Catherine's cancels school, the troop meeting
is also canceled.
Meeting cancellations will also be heard in WILM (1450) radio.
